Offshore Fishing
From full-day big game hunts to half-day excursions, our offshore charters target:
- Marlin (blue, black, and striped – depending on the season)
- Sailfish (incredible numbers year-round, especially from December to April)
- Dorado (Mahi-Mahi) – explosive fighters and delicious eating
- Yellowfin Tuna – fight hard and run deep
- Occasional wahoo, sharks, and triple tail
You’ll head out in fully rigged sportfishing boats equipped with top-of-the-line Penn and Shimano gear, outriggers, live bait wells, GPS, and fighting chairs. Cold drinks and snacks are always onboard.
Inshore Fishing
Prefer calm waters and close-to-shore action? Our inshore trips are perfect for anglers of all levels and great for families or small groups. Expect to reel in:
- Roosterfish – Jaco is famous for them!
- Snapper – including massive cubera
- Jack Crevalle
- Snook and more
These trips are typically 4–6 hours and stay near the rocks, reefs, and river mouths. A great way to enjoy fishing with scenic coastline views.
